Following a press conference announcing the launch of a region-wide green strategy, we are pleased to see a partnership between the Town of Shediac, the Village of Cap-Pelé, the Rural Community of Beaubassin-est, the Greater Shediac Sewerage Commission, the Shediac Bay Water Association and Vision H20 for the implementation of the Blue flag program in our region. Blue flag sets standards to protect our environment, more specifically our beaches and marinas. The GSCC recognizes the importance for our members in the business community and the added value that it brings to the tourism industry.
